REACH Compliance
The REACH regulations that are being implemented in Europe will have no immediate effect on ViaPure® products from Actives International, which currently fall below all of the volume thresholds.
Nevertheless, the ViaPure products have been pre-registered, in order to facilitate the registration process if it becomes necessary at a later date.
Products from CLR and CPN, which are distributed in the US by Actives International, have also been preregistered by their respective manufacturers. It is the stated intention of both companies to comply with all REACH requirements as they become applicable.
